Tuition and Fees
For the 2026-27 academic year, tuition is $62,760.
Additional costs, including books, a laptop fee, and other incidentals average $1,500 per school year and are billed separately.

A non-refundable enrollment deposit of $6,750 is required for newly enrolled students. For students receiving financial aid the deposit is lower, typically about 10% of the remaining balance after financial aid is applied.
Payment Plans
College Prep partners with FACTS to offer three tuition payment options:
- One Payment Plan: Balance due in May
- Three Payment Plan: Balance split into equal payments due in May, August, and November
- Eight Payment Plan: Balance paid in equal monthly installments from May through December
Because the school commits to faculty, staff, and facilities expenses on an annual basis, students enrolled after April 30 are responsible for the full year’s tuition, regardless of withdrawal or dismissal. Tuition insurance offers families important financial protection and is strongly encouraged. This coverage is available through a third-party provider during the enrollment process.

The fees associated with applying to College Prep help cover administrative costs—but they should never be a barrier to applying. Full or partial fee waivers are available for all application-related costs. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if cost is a concern.
- Application Fee: $100, submitted through our application portal
- Entrance Exam Fee: $150 and up
- Financial Aid Application Fee: $65, covers unlimited applications to schools using the Clarity platform
Beyond Tuition: The College Prep Annual Fund
As with most independent schools, tuition and fees do not cover the full cost of educating each student. To bridge this gap, College Prep relies on voluntary, tax-deductible contributions to the Annual Fund from families, alumni, and other members of our community.
These gifts provide essential support for educational initiatives beyond what tuition alone makes possible—ensuring that all students benefit from small classes, robust co-curricular programs, and the individualized attention that define the College Prep experience.
